We’re looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Director with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead our team and maximize results for key strategic clients.

As the Performance Marketing Director – Google Ads, you’ll take charge of high-level strategy, manage substantial budgets, and oversee campaign performance across Google’s ad ecosystem. You’ll lead a team of media specialists and collaborate directly with clients to drive tangible business outcomes like ROAS, CPA, LTV, and more.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Manage and allocate large-scale budgets effectively across diverse verticals.
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and scalability.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of media buyers and performance marketers.
• Define KPIs, streamline workflows, and implement training programs to upskill the team.
• Collaborate across departments including SEO, content, CRO, and analytics for integrated campaigns.

• Leverage tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager to track, analyze, and optimize performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations backed by data in recurring performance reviews.
• Identify insights to inform client growth strategies and future campaign planning.

• Act as a strategic point of contact in key client meetings.
• Ensure campaigns meet or exceed agreed business goals.
• Provide consultative expertise on Google Ads trends, opportunities, and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Proven success managing large-scale budgets (>$100,000/month) and complex campaign structures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Deep understanding of tracking, attribution models, conversion APIs, and performance measurement tools.
• Experience in agency settings or industries like eCommerce, DTC, or SaaS is a plus.
