Nayax is looking for looking for a dedicated HR Operations & Office Management team member to join our growing team. This position is suitable for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to both HR operational excellence and a positive office environment. In this role, you will support our HR team in maintaining accurate processes and data management, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and ensure smooth daily office operations. You will gain hands-on experience in HR systems, compliance, and employee engagement while playing a key part in shaping an efficient and welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage core HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HRIS systems across multiple regions.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., software platforms, benefits providers) to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with both global and regional standards.
- Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and support the preparation of documentation for audits.
- Support reporting and audit preparation by maintaining organized and up-to-date HR documentation.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and approve HR-related invoices.
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, visitors, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities — including timely replenishment, maintenance, and service coordination.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support leadership with scheduling, meeting logistics, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar operational support role.
- Understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and strong attention to detail when managing employee data.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a global or multi-regional organization is an advantage.
