Cyber Security Architect

Job Description:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating infrastructure-based technological solutions for cyber defense, combining advanced technologies and protection methodologies.

Additionally, evaluates existing technologies in the local and global market, assesses their suitability to the unit’s needs, and advises management on upgrades or replacements.

Leads the formulation of an annual procurement plan for cyber-related technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Design of secure network architecture aligned with organizational needs and evolving cyber threats.
• Evaluation and integration of security products and technologies into the IT infrastructure, including storage systems and backup/recovery solutions.
• Authoring hardening and protection documentation for network components: operating systems, databases, communication networks, applications, storage systems, endpoint devices, encryption, and more.
• Planning and designing monitoring and alerting systems to support the organization's Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Providing technological and procedural support during cyber incidents.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of cyber and information security
• Proven experience managing a technical team
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, infrastructure integration, and security technologies
