• High-quality sourcing on LinkedIn and across digital platforms

• In-depth personal interviews with candidates – assessment, guidance, and hands-on support

• Ongoing communication with clients, hiring managers, and tech professionals

• Working with modern tools, ATS systems, and AI-based recruitment tech

• Daily involvement in decision-making, precise matchmaking, and process building

🕓 What will your day-to-day look like?

You’ll start your day with targeted sourcing – spotting top talent before anyone else. Then you’ll dive into deep interviews with highly impressive candidates – analyzing, advising, and refining.

You’ll stay in close contact with clients, write sharp assessments, suggest smart matches, and run processes end-to-end.

We work smart, fast, and accurately – no fluff, no unnecessary bureaucracy, just real market pace and precision.

💥 Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment

• Strong organizational skills, independence, and ownership of full-cycle processes

• A sense of responsibility and a systems-oriented mindset

• Openness to new technologies and continuous learning

• Excellent interpersonal skills, high-level written communication, and very good English

• Relevant academic degree – HR/Social Sciences – is an advantage
