Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and mentor DevOps engineers while providing technical and management leadership
• Deep understanding of a SaaS, Cloud based architectures
• Plan and implement the team's roadmap to met our business objective
• Work closely with architects and tech leads to define infrastructure needs and support their effort to get things done (yet, we implement inner tooling)
• Provide support and guidance to dev teams on using the underlying infrastructure
• Help build strong knowledge-sharing
• Planning and execution of complex, diverse software delivery systems
• Research and integrate new technologies into our stack
• Oversee DevOps tasks, perform code reviews and assist in development
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Team Lead with at least 3 members
• 3+ years of programming experience (part of code review cycle in his team) with one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, Go
• Experience working with live production systems and has an influential role in his current product
• Experience with microservices architectures and their automation tools
• Experience with a major cloud environment on AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies, using relevant tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Infrastructure as a code (IaaC), preferably Terraform
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes - a big plus
• Great verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
