• Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
• Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution
• Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Availability for a full-time position
• Fluent (native-level) proficiency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken
• 1+ years of experience in customer support - advantage
• Experience working with Freshdesk or Zendesk - advantage
