Senior bookkeeper & payroll accountant for a fast-growing global startup company

Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working with tax authorities in Israel
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Overseeing bookkeeping for subsidiaries worldwide
• Preparing books for audits and managing all month-end closing processes
• Handling travel expense processes and records
• Processing payroll for 150 employees

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper up to trial balance
• High-level of English proficiency
• Experience with preparing reports for the Chief Scientist
• Knowledge and experience in payroll processing; advantage for familiarity with U.S. payroll regulations, full process management, and employee support
• Experience working with banks, preparing payments, and maintaining regular communication with both local and international banks
• Experience working in a multi-currency company
• Familiarity with Priority ERP – a significant advantage
• Strong ability to learn independently
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
