Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a QA team, ensuring alignment with quality standards and timelines.
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to enhance product quality.
Drive test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into the SDLC.
Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing methodologies.
Stay abreast of the latest QA tools and best practices, introducing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

3+ years as a QA Team Leader with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills in fast-paced environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Jenkins pipelines.
Excellent understanding of Agile practices and QA methodologies.
Proficient communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Familiarity with test management tools like Jira.
