Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives at EMLLAK. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, grow brand awareness, and support the platform’s overall growth across digital and traditional channels.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and work cross-functionally with design, product, and business development teams to ensure that our brand narrative is consistent, compelling, and impactful.

Job Requirements

• Develop and lead a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, SEO, etc.)
• Oversee brand development, voice, and messaging across all channels
• Coordinate with design/content teams to create engaging, high-impact marketing assets
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns including social media, email, partnerships, and offline activities
• Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
• Cultivate partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and other strategic collaborators
• Lead and mentor a growing marketing team with a focus on creativity, accountability, and results
  
  

Skills

• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing)
• Strong understanding of content strategy, campaign management, and brand positioning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dari and/or Pashto is a strong plus)
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the Afghan real estate market or regional user behavior is a plus
