Video Compositor & Color Grading Specialist

Particle for Men is a fast-growing, global men’s skincare and grooming brand with standout TV and digital campaigns in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

We're looking for a Video Compositor & Color Grading Specialist to lead the final stage of post-production and bring creative excellence to every frame.

You’ll receive edited sequences from our offline editors and take full ownership of finishing: color grading, compositing, versioning, resizing, and performance-driven re-edits. You’ll also help supervise post-production workflows, ensuring that each asset meets our standards across all platforms and formats.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

🔁 End-to-End Post-Production:

• Take over from the offline edit and own final delivery of assets.
• Perform color grading in DaVinci Resolve to ensure a premium, on-brand look across campaigns.
• Handle compositing: green screen keying, cleanup, VFX, screen replacements, and more.

📐 Versioning, Optimization & Repurposing:

• Deliver cutdowns, remixes, resizes (4x5, 9x16, 1x1, 16x9), and localized variants.
• Re-edit and repurpose existing ads for A/B testing and campaign refreshes.
• Adapt TV ads for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital placements.

📋 Post-Production Supervision:

• Supervise post workflows and ensure projects meet broadcast and digital standards.
• Maintain version control, file structure, and delivery pipelines.
• Review offline edits for technical accuracy before finishing begins.

🤝 Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work closely with offline editors, creative producers, UGC editors, and designers.
• Use Monday.com to track project timelines, task ownership, and approvals.
• Support a fast-moving in-house creative studio with scalable post-production systems.

✔ Requirements

• Extensive experience in post-production for TV, digital, or performance marketing.
• Mastery of DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for compositing and motion.
• Familiarity with platform requirements (broadcast specs, social aspect ratios, compression).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong in time management.
• Excellent English; native-level proficiency is a major plus.
• On-site availability in Tel Aviv (full-time, Sunday–Thursday).

• Offline editing experience.
• Post-production supervision or coordination experience.
• Sound design and audio mixing skills.
• Background in 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Motion typography and design skills.
