Vue PACS and Vue RIS are state of the art image management and radiology data systems provide completely scalable local and wide area software solutions for hospital’s radiology departments.

The Radiology Informatics (RI) R&D Serviceability organization is looking for a leader to take on our Technical Writing team into the future. Addressing all products related customer facing IFUs (user guides), service guidelines documentation and product written knowledge.

Your Role

• Lead the technical writing and documentation activities.
• Build and suggest modern approach for customer facing product knowledge as well as service documentation.
• Create user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. To represent the user documentation discipline in projects, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate and lead a hybrid technical writing team. Plan, distribute, assign and own content delivery.
• Coordinate services with external agencies for tech writing as well as translation services.
• Work in a global organization. Adaptivity to time zones and regions is expected.
• Work closely with Product management and R&D, program leads and product service organization.
  
  

You're The Right Fit If

• Relevant academic degree.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience.
• Team leading or project management experience
• Working in a regulatory products environment – medical preferred.
• Experience working for an enterprise corporate or big organizations – advantage
• Experience with ST4, Jira, TFS – advantage.
• Experience working with translation providers – advantage.
• Out of the box thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills. Team player
  
  

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
