Junior Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Junior Digital Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital project management and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage digital projects, including websites and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project requirements.
• Assign tasks and coordinate with designers and developers to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency setting.
• Strong understanding of website and app development processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, or a related field is a plus.
