A leading SaaS platform providing tools for e-commerce websites (email marketing, SMS, pop-ups, etc.) is looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative with a strong background in the digital and e-commerce world.

📌 Role includes:

Performing integrations and providing ongoing technical support to websites using the platform.
Handling support tickets and participating in screen-sharing sessions.

📌 Requirements:

2+ years of experience in B2B technical support within the e-commerce industry from your most recent job — a must.
Experience working in a similar SaaS company offering a product for the e-commerce industry from your most recent job — a must.
