We’re looking for a passionate Core Team DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, scale, and secure the cloud infrastructure that powers our financial automation platform.

• Architect and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Use Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning for consistency and agility.
• Optimize Kubernetes clusters (GKE) to support our microservices and real-time financial transactions.
  

• Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments.
• Automate workflows using GitHub Actions, minimizing friction and maximizing reliability.
  

• Implement robust observability using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Set up smart alerting systems to catch and resolve issues before they impact users.
  

• Apply cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead periodic security audits and proactively address vulnerabilities.
  

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Document systems and processes clearly to support knowledge sharing and transparency.
  

• Monitor performance and cost efficiency, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to maintain high availability and top-tier user experience.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• (Self-taught? Awesome. We care more about skill than diplomas.)
  

• 5+ years in a DevOps Engineer role or similar.
• Deep hands-on experience with GCP services, including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub.
• Strong command of Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with observability stacks — ideally ELK.
  

• Proficient in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles.
• Bonus: familiarity with financial systems and regulatory requirements.
