We are a well-established VC and family office seeking a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Controller to join our finance team in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze quarterly financial results of our funds and family office entities
• Oversee and manage financial reporting across jurisdictions (Israel, US, UK, Cayman Islands)
• Manage cash flow for the funds and family office
• Conduct valuations based on GAAP standards
• Coordinate preparation of regulatory reports (tax, audit, compliance, etc.)
• Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools
• Collect and consolidate financial data from portfolio companies, including budgets and KPIs
• Monitor and improve financial controls in line with internal procedures
• Lead implementation of new processes and features to optimize departmental workflows
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc projects and special requests as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized university or leading college
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with Big 4 experience and at least 2 years post-internship
• Proven international work experience
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Priority ERP (experience with Dynamo is a plus)
• MBA is a strong advantage
• Must be a team player who is results-oriented, impact-driven, and highly motivated
• Experience with venture capital funds or family offices is a significant advantage
