We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on VP HR to join our fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a growing organization, enjoys building effective processes and structures, and can retain a fun and engaging culture.
You’ll have the opportunity to design, execute, and scale our people strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and executive team, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance reviews, and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Actively participate in business planning and execution, leveraging a deep understanding of the business to translate plans into clear and comprehensive HR strategies that directly support business objectives.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across all levels of the organization, working closely with hiring managers to define needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Executive Coaching: Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on complex HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent across the organization, including talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and cultural initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Organizational Design & Change Management: Partner with the leadership team on organizational design, change management initiatives, and ensuring structures align with business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions to mitigate risks and protect the organization.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Design and implement DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace, supporting diversity across all levels of the organization.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts with respect.
- HR Policies: Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines while ensuring alignment with organizational values.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR at a high-growth tech startup.
- Preferred experience in a tech/tech-driven industry, Saas Start up environment.
- Proven track record working with senior leadership to establish credibility and trust.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities across teams, countries, and external partners.
- MSc/MA/MBA in business, HR, social sciences, or related fields.
- Strong operational and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
