HR Generalist - Russian Speaker

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, phone and in-person interviews, and coordination with recruitment agencies

• Support onboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts, signing documents, and updating employee files

• Provide administrative support on various HR-related topics

• Work with recruitment and employee management systems such as CIVI, Synerion, and Michpal+

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Russian – mandatory

• Availability for full-time, on-site work at our Petah Tikva offices

• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews

• Immediate availability – an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High level of responsibility, independence, time management, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
