We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analytics Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a leadership role requiring at least 2 years of proven experience in team management. You’ll manage a talented team of 3 business analysts, and play a key role in shaping our product and business strategies through data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align analysis with business goals.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
- Drive analytical projects end-to-end, from ideation to actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing analysts (must-have).
- Experience working in high-tech B2C companies (must-have).
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- 8+ years of experience analyzing large-scale data sets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Comfortable leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a big plus.
