The Opportunity:

ROOMS is looking for a Operations & IT Lead – a strategic, hands-on leader to drive operational excellence across our nationwide network. This includes managing suppliers, leading cross-network projects, improving systems and tech tools, supporting new location openings, and collaborating daily with various internal and external teams. If you have an analytical mindset, strong execution skills, a tech-savvy orientation, and the ability to be out in the field – this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across all locations

🔹 Lead tenders and supplier contracts (cleaning, communication, etc.)

🔹 Conduct monthly site inspections across the network

🔹 Oversee company inventory, logistics, storage, and transportation

🔹 Lead digital transformation and system improvements – printers, communications, member experience app

🔹 Support new location openings: coordination, equipment setup, team onboarding

🔹 Lead cross-network operational projects: upgrades, cost-saving initiatives, innovative solutions

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience of 2+ years in operations roles

✅ Experience in building maintenance and management, working with building management companies and managing suppliers.

✅ Ability to lead processes and projects at the network level

✅ Strong organizational skills, process-oriented thinking, and problem-solving abilities

✅ Tech-savvy – experience with operational systems, apps, and digital tools

✅ Ability to work independently in both the field and the office, high initiative and responsibility

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across teams and departments
