Product Designer - UX\ UI

At Anchor, we’re rethinking the way B2B payments work — and building the platform that makes it all flow. We’ve already come a long way, but we believe the real magic happens when great design meets powerful technology.

We’re now hiring our first UX/UI Designer to lead the charge. This is more than just a design role — it’s a chance to shape the entire experience of a product that touches complex business workflows in a way that feels intuitive, seamless, and even delightful.

You’ll have the opportunity to build our design foundations from the ground up — from defining processes and crafting core flows, to leading concept development and working hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and founders.

Responsibility:

• Create intuitive, user-friendly wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive design system for a seamless user experience across the platform.
• Conduct research to uncover user pain points and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Act as the user's voice, keeping their needs central to design and product decisions.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Designer designing complex B2B systems and creating user experiences for web and mobile platforms - Must
• Proven track record of identifying user pain points and delivering intuitive, impactful design solutions.
• A degree in design or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Proficiency in design systems, user research, wireframing, usability testing, and iterative design processes. Familiarity with Figma is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers and account for technical constraints (coding skills are not required).
• You are deeply passionate about understanding user needs, designing with the end-user in mind, and creating solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• You excel at simplifying complex processes and concepts, prioritizing clean, intuitive design over unnecessary complexity.
• You are self-motivated and adaptable; you’re comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities and stepping in wherever needed.
• You are fun, approachable, and a true team player; you foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• You know how to persevere when the path isn’t clear, love learning new things, and know when to prioritize speed over perfection.
• You stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and grow within your domain.
