Accountant

Full-time position located in Ra'anana

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join the compensation team The role includes managing salary calculations generating reports and working collaboratively within a professional team environment.

Responsibilities:

Managing monthly salary calculations

Generating compensation and attendance reports from the system

Ensuring compliance with Israeli labor laws and compensation regulations

Collaborating with internal teams including HR and finance

Requirements:

Certified payroll course graduate

At least two years of experience in salary accounting or payroll processing

Proven experience with the Hargel system

Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws

Experience with SAP is a strong advantage

Bookkeeping Level 2 certification is an advantage
