We are seeking a hands-on VP R&D to lead our Engineering and Computer Vision innovation efforts. You will actively contribute to research, design, and development while building and managing a high-performing team. This role blends strategic planning with technical execution and requires deep involvement in daily development processes from prototyping to production deployment.

• Hands-On Development: Actively engage in coding, model development, experimentation, and architecture decisions.
• R&D Strategy & Execution: Define and lead the execution of research and development strategies across Engineering and Computer Vision.
• Team Leadership: Manage a strong multidisciplinary team.
• Product Integration: Lead the deployment of scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Innovation Pipeline: Drive applied research and integrate the latest advancements into core products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Quality & Performance: Ensure high standards in model performance, robustness, and maintainability.
• Customer-Centric Development: Guide development priorities based on customer needs and market opportunities.

• Experience: 10+ years leading cutting-edge technology teams, with proven success in delivering complex projects.
• AI Expertise: 5+ years in AI/Computer Vision R&D roles.
• Leadership: 5+ years of experience as a VP of R&D or in a similar leadership role within a global startup, managing professionals across BackEnd, DevOps, Data, Computer Vision, and other domains.
• Hands-On Mindset: Not just a strategist—someone who codes, debugs, and prototypes alongside the team.
• Proven Track Record: Successfully built and deployed AI systems from research to scale.
