The Role
We are looking for Senior B2B Sales Representative for our Investors Department with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Your responsibility would be to market, negotiate and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline.
The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, committed with great interpersonal skills.
Be Accountable for:
-Manage the sale process from A-Z with B2B Clients.
-Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
-Communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates using email, text or phone calls.
-Hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.
The Right Person
-3+yeas of experience working in sales, investor relations or similar role- Must
-Highly fluent/Native English speaker- Must
-Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate deals and achieve win-win outcomes
-Ambitious, and persistent team player with a strong executive presence and dedication to achieving goal
-Tech savvy, previous experience with CRM systems is preferred
-Bachelor Degree in Business / Real Estate Investments- Advantage
Working Conditions
Location: Hamelacha st, Tel Aviv
Working days: Monday-Friday/ Saturday | hybrid setup, Tuesday & Friday/ Saturday from home.
Working hours: 16:00-01:00
