Release Project Manager

As the R&D Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between R&D teams and other departments, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that projects align with our strategic objectives, are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Support Release Health, being the guardian of delivery commitments, optimizing resources to achieve defined scope within sprint and release timelines.
• Observe, guide, and ensure adherence of SCRUM Ceremonies to ensure R&D deliverables meet timeline commitments, addressing scope/timeline changes.
• Identify operational risks and bottlenecks transforming them into actionable mitigation plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Facilitate Communication between R&D teams and other departments, cultivating conversations that create alignment on scope, timelines, ownership, and dependencies.
• Participate in developing and implementing release management processes and methodologies bringing consistency and efficiency to operational activities.
• Contribute to data-driven decision making by developing data visualization and tracking release metrics that provide visibility into release health.
• Create and Maintain Release Documentation developing comprehensive plans, status reports, and process guidelines.
  
  

• 3+ years experience in software development project management using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working within software development environments and with SDLC processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 1+ proven experience as Jira Administrator, capable of configuring workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards and advanced JQL queries to effectively support development operation.
• Experience with project/release management tools (Gants, EazyBI and etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (proven experience working with complex formulas and charts).
• Experience with implementing of new processes or adjusting an existing process.
• Experience creating data visualizations and reports for performance analysis.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and teams, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
