Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads & SEO Specialist, located at our Herzliya office. You will work closely with our U.S.-based team to manage and optimize digital campaigns for the American market. This includes paid search (PPC), performance marketing, local SEO, and organic presence via Google tools.

This position is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on data, loves performance, and wants to work in a fast-paced environment with large ad budgets and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, Remarketing)

• Handle monthly ad budgets of $150,000+ with focus on lead generation and ROI

• Lead SEO efforts: keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page strategy, and technical audits

• Manage and optimize Google My Business listings and local visibility

• Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track and improve performance

• Collaborate daily with our U.S. marketing and sales team

• Report on performance and continuously improve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management

• Strong knowledge and experience in SEO and Google My Business

• Experience managing large-scale budgets ($100K+/month)

• Experience generating leads for construction, roofing, or service-based companies – a strong plus

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 18,000 ILS gross/month

• Significant performance-based bonus structure

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday, Israel time)

• Work from our office in Herzliya
