Pliops Extreme Data Processor Explained

Position Overview

As an Operational Specialist at Pliops, you will be a key contributor to the seamless transition of products from development to production, ensuring operational efficiency across logistics, procurement, and component engineering. This multifaceted role requires strong expertise in supply chain management, hands-on experience with Agile: implement ECO’s from component to FG PN’s, making sure we are ready for production at our CM.

Manage all the logistics and purchasing activities using ERP NetSuite.

You will collaborate with various company teams, service providers, vendors and other to support the company’s innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Operator

• Lead and coordinate the transfer of products from R&D to CM production , ensuring all technical, logistical, and quality requirements are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues and streamline the transition process.
• Implement and manage changes in BOMs, including creation and revision of product structures to support NPI and ongoing ECO’s.
• Manage component lifecycle, including obsolescence, alternative sourcing, and documentation updates.
• Support engineering teams with component selection, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Approved Parts List (APL).
  
  

• Oversee and hands on execution of import/export, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery of materials and products
• Logistic management of all our global locations / warehouse, including inventory control, receiving and shipping FG and other material required for production and demands
• Act as a buyer: source, negotiate, and purchase components and materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels and supplier relationships
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 8 years Proven experience in operations, supply chain roles within a technology or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and NetSuite ERP is a must
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, BOM management, and new product introduction processes
• Experience with import/export Process, warehouse management, and procurement best practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proven experience working in hardware technology companies
• Familiarity with quality processes, regulatory compliance, and basic component engineering - Advantage
