Quality Control Team Leader – Mechanical Inspection

🔍 We're hiring: Quality Control Team Leader | Yavne, Israel

Are you experienced in quality control and passionate about mechanical precision? We're looking for a hands-on Quality Control Team Leader to lead a small team (2 part-time senior inspectors + 1 full-time staff) in ensuring the highest quality standards in manufacturing and assembly processes.

In this role, you'll: ✅ Perform in-depth inspections using various measurement tools based on technical drawings

✅ Manage a close-knit team and drive process improvements

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure top-tier production quality

📌 What you bring to the table:

• Strong experience in mechanical QC/inspection
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (must!)
• Familiarity with measurement tools and MMS machines
• Previous experience managing teams – essential
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 406 standards
• Advantage: SPC, Cp-Cpk, electronics background, RoHS/REACH
