Job Summary

TJL Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer/Inspector to join our Quality Assurance department. This role is critical in ensuring that our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes comply with internal quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in QA activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of quality compliance protocols.

Purpose & Scope Of The Role

To support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through regular inspections, documentation control, and continuous monitoring of manufacturing practices. This role is essential in contributing to the integrity, consistency, and safety of our healthcare products.

Job Description

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling of raw materials in accordance with approved procedures.
• Supervise the dispensing of batches, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Perform line clearance before each stage of the manufacturing process to prevent cross-contamination.
• Carry out in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Conduct cleaning verification and maintain comprehensive cleaning records.
• Monitor and document temperature, humidity, and differential pressure in production and storage areas.
• Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with QA documentation standards and maintain all records accurately.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality and safety policies.
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related scientific field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QA documentation, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong observational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
