We're hiring: SDR Team Leader

Webbee Digital, Israel’s leading B2B LinkedIn marketing agency, is growing – and we’re looking for a driven and experienced SDR Team Leader to join us!

In this role, you'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives managing outreach campaigns for top B2B tech companies. You'll be responsible for strategy, performance, and team development – all within a remote (but tight-knit) work culture.

Responsibilities

✔️ Lead and scale a team of SDRs focused on LinkedIn outbound campaigns

✔️ Own KPIs, training, and day-to-day management

✔️ Develop smart, data-driven messaging strategies

✔️ Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams

✔️ Track performance and optimize outreach flows

Qualifications

🧠 2+ years of SDR team management (marketing agency or tech – big plus)

🔍 Deep knowledge of LinkedIn-based B2B outreach

📈 Strong analytical skills and performance mindset

💬 Excellent English, written and spoken

🌍 Remote work experience – but based in Israel only (we meet in person!)
