A leading company in the field of employee benefits and welfare solutions. The company has developed an advanced technological platform that provides employees with exclusive deals and benefits at businesses across the country. The role involves managing and leading a team of 2-3 analysts, with around 60% hands-on work.
Responsibilities include developing, defining, and maintaining analytical data infrastructure, reports, and dashboards using BI tools, collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple internal systems, performing optimization, and more.
The role reports to the CFO. The company is located in Netanya, near the train station, with work taking place on-site only
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics within mid-to-large-scale organizations.
- 3+ years of managerial experience leading a team of 2-3 analysts.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Relevant academic background.
- Experience working in high-transaction-volume environments.
- Strong expertise in analytical tools and methodologies.
- High-level proficiency in English.
