Registration & VIP Coordinator

A leading conference and event production company is seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Registration & Coordinator to manage participant registration and guest services from start to finish.

Role Description:

• Planning and building registration forms on a dedicated registration system, including ongoing maintenance throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee participant registration and coordinate service bookings such as hotel accommodations, transportation, and tourism activities
• Communicate with local and international guests and speakers, addressing their needs before and during the conference
• Work directly with hotels: manage agreements, negotiate terms, allocate room blocks, and ensure smooth coordination
• Provide customer service support to conference participants
• Attend conferences and offer on-site assistance when needed

Requirements:

• High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a similar role – an advantage
