Big Data Developer

The role involves joining a team of four engineers, working at high scale, contributing to high-level design, and developing in Scala (candidates from other languages can transition).

The work includes Spark, writing pipelines, and more. The product is hybrid—both On-Prem and AWS-Cloud based.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development
• Significant advantage for experience with Scala, or alternatively with one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, or C
• Strong experience with Big Data technologies
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following databases: Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ClickHouse, or Postgres
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field
