This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, real-world attack scenarios, and incident management, combined with exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to deliver meaningful and practical simulation experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Simulation Project Management: Lead the development of comprehensive tabletop exercise, managing every stage from initial concept to final delivery.
• Platform Integration and Innovation: Design interactive, immersive simulations on the Cytactic platform for C-level executives, delivering engaging, hands-on experiences that reflect real-world cyber threats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SOC teams, IR specialists, creatives, technical experts, and executive leaders to create meaningful simulations that address both technical and business impacts.
• Scenario Development and Threat Modelling: Craft realistic scenarios based on real-world incidents, integrating SOC processes, IR workflows, and threat intelligence to challenge participants’ decision-making.
• Customer-Tailored Solutions: Customize simulations to meet client-specific needs by addressing industry threats, regulatory requirements, and organizational risks. Collaborate with Cytactic customers to tailor simulations and digital training sessions to their specific expectations, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and value impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine simulations based on customer feedback, evolving cyber trends, and platform capabilities to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.
• Innovation and Creativity: Contribute out of the box thinking and creative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of all outbound initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Law, Business, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field. Multidisciplinary background is an advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and trends. Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• TTX experience: Previous experience in designing TTX, cyber crisis simulation, cybersecurity exercises are major advantages.
• Storytelling and Teaching Skills: Proven experience in creating engaging educational content, with a knack for explaining complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Collaboration and Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Teamwork and Flexibility: Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning and innovation.
• Advantage: A background in graphic design or other creative roles, excellent English language skills.
