We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead to guide our LLM Engineering team. You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers in developing and implementing applications using cutting-edge LLM models. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, motivated, and independent thinker with a proven track record of leading successful teams and a passion for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of LLM Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of LLM models and applications.
• Drive research and experimentation to identify and evaluate new approaches for improving model accuracy and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Communicate technical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and other decision-makers.
• Establish and maintain best practices for LLM development, including coding standards, testing, reproducibility, and version control.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the LLM Engineering team, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Design first approach
• Strong understanding of applications systems in production, including good coding practices for testing, reproducibility, and version control.
• Building applications that scale
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or Angular (TypeScript)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in LLM
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  
  

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data science / machine learning.
• Knowledge of code optimization, cloud computing, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms like GCP.
• Strong data visualization and data analysis skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
