Your main responsibilities involve finding prospective clients who are looking to either buy or sell real estate, understanding their criteria, and either finding living spaces that fit these criteria (if a buyer) or marketing their home to obtain maximum value (if a seller). You will then negotiate on behalf of your client and guide them throughout the buying or selling process. You also act as a go-to concierge to your clients even if not buying or selling: providing vendor recommendations, educating on market trends and helping them with their financing needs – anything real estate related. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
