As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for a major part of our daily life, events, and almost every task related to the employee’s experience journey, office admin, employee welfare, ad-hoc projects and executive assistance to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate welfare activities, office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety & Executive assistance to the CEO.
Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people as well as plan fun activities and take care of the employees’ experience.
- Organize and manage daily activities in the Herzliya office, Providing ongoing office organization and administrative support.
- Executive Support, Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, correspondence, and reports.
- Overseeing employee welfare, including planning and executing welfare events
- Greeting at the reception desk, welcome employees, guests, candidates, and vendors as the first point of contact.
- Collaborating with office suppliers, overseeing inventories, and procuring supplies when necessary.
- Supervising and collaborating closely with the onsite cleaning team to ensure a clean and well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
- At Least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-growth company in a global business environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written -a must
- Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, etc...)
- Self-driven, independent, empathic, energetic, and proactive.
- Positive approach & know how to get things done
- People’s person, team player and positive attitude!
- Well organized and able to handle multi-tasking in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Highly independent and fast learner
