Our RISC® behavioral assessment and CoreXense™ profiling technology are changing the way fleets, insurers, and mobility platforms understand and manage driver behavior — and we’re now looking for a visionary psychologist to lead the way forward.

We’re hiring a Chief Psychologist Officer (CPO) to join our advisory board, helping us shape the psychological and scientific foundation of our platform.

• Lead the design, validation, and evolution of behavioral assessments and psychological models
• Ensure scientific integrity across all products, metrics, and research methodologies
• Collaborate with data science, product, and AI teams to turn insights into actionable tools
• Guide partnerships with academic, research, and regulatory stakeholders
• Represent the company as the psychological authority in industry and client discussions

• PhD (or MA with strong credentials) in Psychology – behavioral, occupational, or cognitive
• Experience in assessment development, psychometrics, or behavioral profiling
• Passionate about applying psychology to real-world safety, performance, and risk
• Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and collaborative by nature
• Bonus: background in mobility, transportation, human factors, or insurance
