The Sderot Foundation Seeks a Resource Development Coordinator

The Resource Development Coordinator will provide the full gamut of logistical resource-development services to the Head of Development, with the aim of expanding international development efforts.

Job status: Full time. The position is on site; Salary: 13,000 – 15,000.

As Fundraising Operations Administrator, You Will:

·       Report to the Head of Development;

·       Be responsible for all logistic aspects of donor stewardship;

·       Be responsible for daily donor-related interactions with the municipality (including data updates, budgets, procedures, etc.);

·       Be responsible for relations with major funding partners;

·       Coordinate all donor visits and meetings;

·       Lead donor visits when necessary.

This Job Is For You If You:

·      Have at least three years’ experience working in a Resource Development department in an Israeli nonprofit;

·      Have experience working in and a real familiarity with local authorities and municipal corporations;

• Are fluent in both Hebrew and English;
• Are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit;
• Are detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven;
• Are able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure;
• Have excellent interpersonal skills;
• Are computer literate.
