Join a Leading Global Brokerage – Controller Assistant Opportunity

We're a fast-growing, industry-leading brokerage company expanding our operations and looking for a talented and experienced Controller Assistant to join our dynamic finance team.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process real-time accounting transactions with precision and timeliness
• Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Provide accurate, reliable, and timely financial data for decision-making
• Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Handle local and international bank payments and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
• Perform accounting adjustments and manage entries within the general ledger
• Execute additional accounting-related tasks as needed in a dynamic finance environment

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA – an advantage)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge – a plus)
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – additional languages an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
