Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to take on high-impact challenges across diverse domains . These are complex problems with many unknowns- problems that, when solved, will improve the lives of millions around you. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong background in deploying machine learning models to production and a passion for making messy, real-world data useful. Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
• You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• You're fluent in Python and experienced with ML libraries like Panda, scikit-learn, PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• You understand how AI works under the hood-not just how to use the tools.
• You're worked with relational (and other) databases and can write SQL queries.
• You're a clear communicator and can explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll do:

• Design and deploy machine and deep learning models to tackle real-worls healthcare challenges.
• Analyze large-scale Healthcare datasets to uncover insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with clinicians, engineers, and researches on cross-functional projects.
• Help bring ideal from concept to implementation in real clinical settings.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with healthcare or clinical data.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment workflows.
• Academic publications or open-source contributions.
