We’re seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our Marketing & CS Integration Projects team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, action-oriented professional with a strategic and creative mindset, capable of managing multiple projects across Sales, Marketing Operations, and IT teams.

Major Responsibilities
- Serve as a connector between Sales, Marketing Operations, MIS, and other HQ teams, driving alignment on business needs and ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional system enhancements and initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal systems and tools projects that support sales, marketing, and customer success teams, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Monitor the adoption and utilization of internal systems and processes, define user assignment policies, and ensure alignment with operational best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements, tools integrations, and new functionalities that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Regularly engage with sales and marketing stakeholders to gather feedback to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define adoption metrics for tools and system enhancements, establish best practices, and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage a portfolio of system improvement and sales tools projects, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement to maximize business impact.
Desired Background
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in sales/sales support or a related role with business insights and operational knowledge.
- Proven experience in cross-functional project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with various Sales and Marketing applications, such as Marketo, 6Sense, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc. (Advantage).
- Experience working with JIRA and SAP (Advantage).
- Experience working with Salesforce (Must).
