The gardening department at Lightricks is recruiting an experienced and professional gardener to join a high-quality and skilled team!
Gardening and vegetation are an inseparable part of Lightricks' DNA, and we’re looking for our next gardener to take part in meaningful work and exciting, large-scale projects.
Skills And Background (Requirements)
- Full-time availability, five days a week (7:00–16:00), at the company’s offices in Matam Park, Haifa.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in gardening and/or professional expertise in plant, soil, and water sciences — with a strong emphasis on soilless gardening and indoor plant care.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Willingness and ability to perform intensive, physical outdoor work.
- Strong operational skills, including task management and coordination with suppliers.
- High level of work ethic and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A genuine passion for plants and gardening.
- Academic degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using gardening tools.
- Ability to work with computer systems.
- Good command of English.
- Maintain outdoor gardens and landscaped areas.
- Provide expert care for indoor plants.
- Cultivate and maintain vegetable gardens.
- Perform seasonal planting, watering, and general vegetation care.
- Manage and maintain irrigation systems.
- Play a key role in a large-scale project, including planning and designing garden areas.
