IT Leader Position – International Company Caesarea

A well-established and leading global company is looking for an experienced IT Leader to manage and operate IT systems at its site in the Caesarea area.

🧩 Key Responsibilities: ▪ Provide on-site IT support to employees – hardware, end-user devices, and networking

▪ Work closely with global teams – including occasional international travel

▪ Oversee local IT infrastructure – servers, switches, routers, printers, etc.

▪ Manage local vendors, technicians, and service providers

▪ Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and compliance processes

▪ Work according to ITIL methodology – including documentation, training, and continuous improvement

🌍 Requirements:

✔ 3–5 years of experience in System / IT Support / Hands-On IT roles

✔ Very high level of English – must (daily communication with global teams)

✔ Proven experience in a global work environment – must

✔ Solid hands-on experience with end-user equipment, networking, and enterprise software (including non-SAP apps)

✔ Ability to manage tasks, coordinate vendors, and participate in cross-functional projects

✔ Willingness to travel abroad (in addition to working at the Caesarea site)
