Guesty’s property management software provides property managers and management companies with an end-to-end solution to simplify the complex operational needs of short-term rentals. With Guesty, users can manage listings from multiple online travel agencies including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and TripAdvisor, and utilize the company’s guest-centric tools including Unified Inbox, Automation Tools, 24/7 Guest Communication Services, Payment Processing and more.

Guesty's Training team seeks a creative and innovative Docebo Expert to join its ranks. Our global team creates training content to equip employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences while navigating our evolving product landscape.

The Docebo expert will be a key part of the team, designing our organizational LMS to foster an engaging learning experience and culture, using automation processes to support scalability in users and content while promoting efficient and effective learning.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the company's Learning Management System.
• Maintain and develop the LMS by utilizing creative tools and methods to accelerate learning across the organization.
• Create engaging and interactive e-learning materials for various Guesty teams on topics that include product, operational procedures and soft skills training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to develop precise, consistent, and clear training materials for employees.
• Maintain, update and improve existing training materials.
• Take full ownership over projects end-to-end within Guesty’s Training team.

Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency
• Experience with Docebo (or similar LMS)
• Experience developing technical/product training materials
• Experience with Rise360
• Experience in a hi-tech, dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment
• Ability to simplify complex processes and learn new technologies
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
