Insait is an innovative SaaS company specializing in developing LLM-based solutions for the financial and insurance industries. We work with major clients globally, building B2B2C applications at the forefront of technology, deeply integrating AI, product, and data.

We are looking for a technological leader to guide us forward – leading a talented team, developing advanced infrastructures, and influencing the professional direction of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers and data scientists specializing in LLMs.
• Plan, develop, and maintain infrastructure for models, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate models into live systems, working closely with backend, product, and data teams.
• Maintain high standards of data security and regulation.
• Manage work plans, task prioritization, and provide professional development for team members.
• Drive technological innovation, applied research, and advanced use of GenAI.
• Develop internal management tools and dashboards for monitoring, analysis, and control.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with LLMs, including usage of APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or fine-tuning.
• Previous managerial experience of development or ML teams – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in Backend development, preferably in Python and Microservices.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Prefect, Airflow).
• Ability to work in a changing technological environment, manage multiple tasks in parallel, and have a systemic view.
• Strong understanding of NLP and LLM principles: prompt engineering, embeddings, attention, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

Advantage:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, and in any other related field).
• Experience with GenAI or Chatbot projects.
• Experience with Vector Databases and RAG.
• Contribution to open-source projects in the AI field.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD infrastructures and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
