Senior 3D Reconstruction Engineer

Description

As a Senior 3D reconstruction engineer, you will be developing state of the art products that convert driving videos into full neural reconstruction products.

Responsibilities

• User-Centric Applied Research: Work closely with product and business development teams to understand the user and business needs and to translate them into AI based solutions.
• Cutting-Edge reconstruction specialist: Leverage the latest advancements in traditional and learning-based reconstruction methods, e.g. droid-slam, dust3r, monst3r, GLOMAP, etc..
• Neural reconstruction developer: Turn the sparse 3D model into a dense neural 3D/4D representation using the latest advances in Nerf and 3DGS.
• Research-Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team on planning and integrating your research projects into production.
  
  

Requirements

Technical skills & qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Engineering / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics or any relevant field
• Experience in classical computer vision and odometry algorithms, such as photogrammetry, SfM (structure from motion), VSLAM (visual simultaneous localization and mapping), etc
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing deep-learning/computer Vision algorithms
• Experience with modern neural scene representations like 3DGS or NeRFs
• Background in deep learning, computer vision, generative AI and algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in Python
