Senior Full Stack Developer – Join Our Growing Team

We’re an established B2B SaaS startup with offices in Israel and the US, building a platform that transforms how large organizations support and empower their employees. Our solution combines real-time KPIs, gamification, personalized microlearning, and AI-powered coaching into one cohesive experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core R&D team and help shape the future of our product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of key components of our platform
• Take part in architectural decisions and implementation
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (OOP and client-side)
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Elasticsearch)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Stored Procedures, Entity Framework, LINQ, Dapper)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and services
• Frontend experience with JavaScript and frameworks like React.js or Angular (v10+)
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver on timelines
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
