About the role:

• Managing a department responsible for all aspects of development and maintenance of the company’s core business and financial systems.

• Leading the implementation and delivery of business and technological projects while ensuring the department meets its business and technological objectives.

• Driving high performance, efficiency, and excellence within the department.

• Leading and implementing technological innovation processes in the systems according to business needs and the technological roadmap.

• Developing the department’s strategy and leading its technological and managerial vision to enhance its value and prepare for future technological challenges.

• Collaborating with senior management, business stakeholders, vendors, integrators, consultants, and internal and external interfaces.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience managing a development department responsible for critical core systems in large organizations.

• Deep expertise in core business systems – mandatory; experience with Billing and Credit Systems – a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Strong strategic planning, leadership, and process management skills, with both business and technological acumen.

• Proven experience in leading complex and strategic IT projects involving internal core systems.

• Experience in Agile methodologies – a significant advantage.
