What will you do?
•Develop electronic cards with the main component in them being the power circuits and analog circuits.
•Perform validation and tests to electrical cards, modules and power supplies.
•Be responsible of the electrical card throughout all stages of development and transferring to serial production.
•Collaborate with mechanical engineers in the context of packaging and heat transfer.
• Collaborate with the PCB team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in power electronics design of DC-DC, AC-DC converters and related systems or high background in analog design.
Experience in testing and validating switching power supply designs.
Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies.
Proficiency in designing both analog and digital circuits.
Knowledge of control systems and feedback mechanisms for stable and efficient operation of power converters.
Experience with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or similar tools for modeling and analyzing power electronic circuits.
Familiarity with various semiconductor devices, such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, and diodes, and their applications in power electronics.
Knowledge of thermal considerations and the ability to design effective cooling solutions for power electronic systems.
Good verbal and written communication (English).
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues related to power electronics.
Awareness of industry standards and regulations related to power supply design and safety.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and explain technical concepts to non-experts.
