This program is designed to provide an enriching and immersive experience for young adults.

Role Description

This is a part-time role for Madrichim & Madrichot, at our dorm site in Ramat Efal. Day-to-day tasks include morning wakeups and curfew check-in, as well as mentoring program participants, and helping lead activities and trips. The role involves working closely with the program staff to ensure a meaningful and enriching gap year for participants.

Qualifications

• Strong mentorship and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Jewish traditions and religious practices
• Previous experience in an educational or youth leadership role is a plus
